Why are the small tempos allowed to enjoy the fastest lane on roads when they have the least pick-up and cause a jam?

Why do two-wheelers feel it’s their right to take the other side of the road when left lane is jammed?

Why don’t we wear a helmet?

Why should it not be made compulsory for rear seater to wear the helmet when life holds same values for all?
